Cross Project

The men's group helped the children work on a cross making project.

This was good for them and us. I'll be putting a handful of the pictures up on Flickr, and probably use a few more here over the next few days. Some of those kids are actually cute. (shhh, don't tell them that)

Children traced a cross onto a wooden board. They were then shown how to and assisted with putting nails in the corners and around the edges of the tracing lines. Finally, they were given twine to string in, around and across to fill in the crosses.

It worked out decently enough for a first try, and they seemed to enjoy it.

Please share in the fun by checking out my pictures here.
