How much makes it count?

So if you only write code 20% of the time are you still a programmer?

Is that like saying a painter isn't a painter anymore if only 20% of his work time is spent painting?

How much creative time is allowed? How much design time? How much for day dreaming? (oh wait, I don't get paid for that)

Should the position be called by some other title? Can I still call myself a programmer?
